I’m here for the highly sensitive humans on the bold and uncomfortable journey of self transformation - whether it’s a Now Bitch nudge, shove, or you’re feeling stuck and ready for change. By diving into the hard and messy stuff you’ll begin to come home to yourself and unearth the magick waiting within. Using Energetic Embodiment, together we’ll explore what’s ready to transform and heal so you can become who you’re meant to be.
Energetic Embodiment is a skill that works with the charge latent in thoughts/feelings/emotions and invites it to come into its full expression in order to reveal it’s magick and wisdom.
There are a lot of words that could be used to describe me - healer, shamanic practitioner, somatic coach, guide, intuitive - but the one I like most is human. Because in the end remembering the divine perfection of our humanity allows space for the messiness and compassion to support one another through the shit.

Building Trust is about your relationship to yourself. It's about connecting with the body in doable ways so that it can share its wisdom. It's turning down any external or internal noise so you can build a foundation of trust with the most important person in your life...you.
This can look like working with the autonomic nervous system to "turn-off" any hyper- or hypo- responses that tend to build with daily living - stress, overwhelm, and all iterations of trauma - ultimately living a human life in systems that cause harm. We’ll practice embodying trust and harmonizing with your unique nervous system.
YOUR WISDOM IN ACTION //
Remembering your wholeness is attuning to your wisest, healthiest, most magical Self, and trusting that what comes up is the medicine required to navigate your way through the dark to the deepest, fullest expression of your being. This is the place you see the truth that you’re not broken, you’re built to adapt and survive.
This can look like embracing vulnerability, learning to re-mother ourselves, growing grace and compassion for the parts of us that seek to protect, and allowing anything that’s stored in the body to complete.
THE MAGICK IN ACTION //
Communing with the Divine is the practice of surrender so that we can call in the support of a higher love, having faith in Divine Will + Timing. By surrendering we open to receive the help of a power bigger than ourselves, because we can’t do it all on our own. Our Divine Spark is our superpower. This isn’t about bypassing difficulty, it’s a deep and sacred bond that is the ultimate resource on our path back to ourSelves.
This is often a result of Building Trust and Remembering Your Wholeness, but requires an openness and willingness to receive. Your connection to the Divine will be unique to you. When we are able to truly surrender, have faith, and open to receive (some of the gifts of the Divine Feminine aspect within each of us), our Highest Self is waiting to be revealed.
